Can’t bring your students to the Museum? No problem! The museum offers outreach programs where we will bring the museum to you.

All programs support the Virginia Standards of Learning.

Culpeper’s Religious Freedom:
From Jailed Ministers to the First Amendment

Culpeper was right in the heart of the fight for religious freedom in the United States. This program explores the timeline of events that lead to the creation of the First Amendment. Through the analysis of primary documents participants will learn about the path to religious freedom in this country.
